Pour into two glasses and Enjoy!

I always use frozen spinach and frozen fruit in my smoothies. I always use fresh spinach that I have washed and used my vegetable spinner to dry.  I then place the spinach into freezer containers and freeze. I wash the fruit and cut up into chucks for the blender and place them into freezer containers and freeze.  That way I have pre-measure portions of fruits and vegetables for my smoothies. If smoothie is not thick enough for you, add 1 cup of ice at the end of blending and blend again until smooth.
